Shipping policy

Please consult the shipping customer service for the delivery method and time of the products you purchased on JUNDOR. We support delivery services in most cities in China.

Once your order products leave our premises, actual delivery may be affected by many events beyond JUNDOR's control, therefore JUNDOR does not assume responsibility for delayed delivery by logistics companies. You can choose to cancel your order.

We will only begin processing the payment once we have received all the required information, and you will need to make the full payment. For deferred payments, JUNDOR must receive your payment before the date indicated in the contract or commitment  information that lists the payment instructions, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

When the carrier retrieves the product from our warehouse, ownership of the product will be transferred to you. At this point, you will receive a shipping notification email. In addition to your personal signature, if your cohabiting family members or a third
party designated by you sign for the product, or if you instruct the carrier to place the product at a designated location, it will also be deemed as your personal signature and the product has been delivered.
