Return policy
We do our best to design and manufacture products to meet your needs, so we are confident that you love the products you purchase from JUNDOR. However, we also understand that sometimes you may have different expectations for the product. Although the likelihood of this happening is small, if you have such thoughts, please be aware of the following terms related to product returns.
If you need to return the product, you only need to contact our customer service team to submit a return request. You need to return the undamaged product along with the original warranty card and packaging. We will either replace it or refund you using your original payment method. Please note that we will refund you promptly upon receipt of the returned product, but the specific time your bank card receives the refund depends on the internal policies and operational practices of your issuing bank. For any questions related to when the refund will be returned to your account, please contact your issuing bank.
The product can only be returned in the country or region where it was purchased.
The following products are non returnable: artificially damaged, customized products that cannot be resold, products from other brands or manufacturers. The expedited shipping fee will not be refunded during the refund process.
